General terms governing use of this website, travel enquiries, quotations and services arranged through Smiles To Miles Vacations Private Limited.
1. Website and enquiry use
Information on this website is provided to help travellers explore destinations, travel services and indicative package structures. Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
2. Quotations and availability
Travel quotations are subject to the validity stated in the quotation and to availability of flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, insurance and other supplier services at the time of confirmation.
3. Prices
Website package prices marked “Starting From INR” are indicative starting values unless a final quotation specifically confirms the complete price for the traveller's dates and requirements. Supplier rates, taxes, exchange-rate effects, airline fares and government charges may change before confirmation.
4. Booking confirmation
A booking should be treated as confirmed only after the company issues a confirmation for the relevant services and the required payment conditions have been met.
5. Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names, passport information, travel dates, contact details and other information required for bookings. Passport validity, immigration, visa, health and destination-entry requirements should be checked before travel.
6. Third-party suppliers
Flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, attractions, insurance and other travel services may be supplied by independent third parties. Their applicable fare rules, amendment rules, cancellation rules and operating conditions can form part of the final booking terms.
7. Changes and disruptions
Airline schedule changes, weather, operational disruptions, government decisions, force-majeure events and supplier changes may require itinerary adjustments. Where possible, suitable alternatives will be discussed with the traveller.
8. Intellectual property
Website design, original text, company branding and original promotional material may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party trademarks and media remain the property of their respective owners.
