She has held senior leadership roles with Swift Travels Ltd (Swift Group), Aman Travels Limited (GRN Connect), Thomas Cook India Limited, and Cox & Kings, building strong expertise in destination management, operations, and product strategy.
Ms. Shukla’s core strengths include global destination management, bespoke itinerary design, and large-group logistics. She manages destination programs and certifications for key markets including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa,Alaska, California and Switzerland, and oversees end-to-end travel solutions for leisure, corporate, and MICE clients. Her leadership emphasizes service excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and value for travelers.
